Curtis Field - Principal
Curtis has a 25-year career in the residential property development market that has spanned Valuation, Site Acquisition & Sales, Project Marketing & Project Management.
His experience encompasses senior industry roles including Managing Director - Herron Todd White, General Manager PRDnationwide and Sunland. He also held the role of National Director Residential at Colliers International for 10 years, being responsible for the Sydney project marketing team, before forming Hudson Pacific Property in 2016.
Curtis has an extensive network of industry contacts and associates in the legal, planning, architecture, marketing, communications and energy/strata/facilities management sectors that can be called upon to assist on projects as required. He has been the recipient of several industry awards from UDIA for Sales & Marketing and has a long history of providing expert opinion and market commentary across print, TV, social media and radio.
Curtis has been personally involved in over $5BN worth of new project launches and $1BN in site sales/acquisitions.

process over $5BN worth of new projects, with a focus on high end
projects and $1BN in site sales and acquisitions.

International project marketing experience in Asia with connections in
key other markets - Middle East, USA & UK.

An in depth understanding of the development business including
acquisition, valuation, feasibility, financing, sales and marketing,
construction, project and development management.

Strong knowledge of building and construction methods, costs and
general benchmarks within the development industry.

Management of staff including support, sales and senior management as
well as external consultant teams.

A history of building successful teams and businesses within the
property industry including the ability to develop systems, procedures
and structures.

Multiple Award winner including Colliers, UDIA and REI awards.

Extensive TV, radio and press experience.

Established relationships with key players across the property
development industry including marketing, agency, planning,
architecture, construction, lawyers, valuation, finance, journalists
and public relations.

Intimate knowledge of NSW developments and good working knowledge of
QLD and VIC markets.
Business and Educational Background
Curtis holds a Bachelor of Business (Land Economics) and is a licenced
Real Estate, Strata Management and Business Agent. Curtis’ previous
roles include National Director Residential Project Marketing with
Colliers International, Sales & Acquisition Executive for Sunland Group,
NSW General Manager of PRDnationwide Corporate focusing on Project
Marketing and development services. Prior to PRDnationwide Curtis was
Managing Director of the Sydney office of valuation and advisory firm
Herron Todd White where he specialised in Residential Development Sites,
5 Star Accommodation Hotels and Residential Golf Resorts.
